Cash Flow: The Key to Business Success.

I got the best lesson of my life in my childhood itself.  

 I got to learn the inflow and outflow of money and its management properly in my childhood, so I would like to thank you, my brothers, and my uncle, because of whom I learned that cash flow is the backbone of the business. I would like to thank my friends who have been there with me since childhood, my vendors who provided goods and I would like to thank my customers who bought them.

I entered my business at a very young age. My father was a doctor. I was the second among three brothers. From the 6th standard, I started to learn and understand my business. By reaching 10th Standard, I was handling the ice candy business perfectly. This  business taught me 2 important points i.e. how Banking is done and Cash flow. And I also learned how to deal with money in business.

 The only meaning of sharing all this is that it is very important to keep the cash flow strong in the business. If the cash flow of your business is strong, it does not take time for the business to reach heights. In all these experiences, I never had any problem understanding this, If the cash flow of a business is strong then the business is capable of going far. There can be ups and downs of money in the business, but with time, by looking at those things, make the cash flow strong and strengthen your business. And make you the Owner of your business.  Because of this, your focus should be on everything so that your cash flow never gets stressed like stock should never be made too much, credit should not be too much, inventory should be properly managed, the loss should not be more than one level, salary should not exceed above a certain level.

  Your inventory should remain under your control. For example, if your sale is Rs 5 lakh per month, then your purchase should not be more than Rs 4 lakhs or 4.5. If it is more than this, then there will be a cash flow problem in your business.
