After completing my education from college, Lupine Lab in Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh gave me the opportunity to have a new experience thanks to the universe. I am very thankful to Lupine Lab and all the employees working with me. I got to see a lot of new things in the 68-acre unit and I got a chance to learn how to handle 50 to 100 people. While doing business, a lot of things have to be handled at a time, like if you run a shop, you make purchases in the business you do, keep the bills in it, do accounting, and after that keep things related to its taxation, then pay the salary of the people who work with you. Along with their salary, their responsibility is also on us. All these things helped me a lot in managing the store and I want to thank once again to the whole team of lupin lab, for the opportunity I got to learn a lot of things about management.
Management is very important in business because an owner has to manage a lot of things, if management is not done properly then the business will either continue to run for a short time or will go down, but if you want to take the business to the next level, Then there is a lot of need for business management and as a result of this business management, I was able to establish a distribution network of FMCG as well as a factory in my family and at the next level I have established a supermarket by the name of Dhruv Mart.

the next day of the establishment of Lord Ganesha, we all together started The Dhruv Mart a grocery Super Market.
Today Dhruv Mart has completed 19 years. Due to everyone’s tireless efforts, a seed planted 19 years back is now moving towards becoming a banyan tree today.

I grew it with my own hands and this was a big turning point in my life due to which today I became a supermarket consultant and was able to provide my services to more than 25 supermarkets all over pan India.
It was through this management process that we were able to take this business to great heights. From 2004 to 2016, Dhruv Mart is doing business at its peak. From 2016 till now, Dhruv Mart has maintained its position. The lesson I learned about business management and team building. I have used everything in my business later on.
