There is a satisfaction when 26+ shops are executed by Me and My whole team. It was a dream we saw in 2009 that we will go to multiple branches/franchise system in all over India, So whatever execution and implementation we get to do in every shop is ours, in this way we developed super markets which are running very well today and the systems with which they were implemented are growing today. When you open a new super market Implementation is a very important process. It’s not as if you simply purchased the items, assembled the furniture, and hired the staff; these actions alone is not sufficient to operate the shop.
we have to implement several things in a shop, Like new schemes and multiple things have to be managed for the customer’s needs, because of which all these shops are running successfully and earning profits. I am happy that today all the shops are earning profit by running the system.
I especially thank my friend Birju Bhattad and also thank Kapil Matani. Who gave me the chance to start Super Market Consulting and I am very thankful to all my clients who gave me the opportunity to work with them and also to all the vendors who provided software, hardware, furniture and all the FMCG or any other things which are required in the super mart.
A very important thing in all this is that we trained the staff very well and made them work in the system so that everything can be done easily and executed in a proper way. A experience I got in 2009 is that, I took training in programs like Landmark Education and later I started mentoring about 3k people, and from 2016 we came into our own training program in which we trained about 750 students from Vidarbha.
To upgrade or to uplift your business, you have to train yourself after a certain level. I understood this and as per the law of nature, I have kept my ability to give it to you.
Whatever I learn from those trainings,I am conveying them to many people today and their businesses are growing well. Many clients consult me on how to grow their business.
Now I would like to thanks the most special person in my life, my wife who supported me at every step in this journey, thank you very much that you have taken me to this point and I hope that you will continue to support me in the future too. so that I can reach the heights of success. Further I would like to thank my both children that today they are capable of doing everything on their own.
